THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11000 of 2010 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the first respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police Station and making them to sit at the Police Station for hours together and obtaining their signatures on the pronote at the instance of respondent Nos.2 and 3, as illegal.

This Court, by order dated 05.05.2010, directed the first respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes except otherwise in

accordance with law if the petitioner is involved in any of the cognizable offence.

In view of the said interim order dated 05.05.2010, which has been in operation till today, and in the absence of any counter affidavit by the respondents, the same is recorded as a final order and the Writ Petition is closed.
