THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1852 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. This Civil Revision Petition arises out of an order passed by the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Gadwal, in I.A.No.56 of 2014, dated 08.04.2015, in O.S.No.43 of 2011 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner to receive the representation dated 24.10.2013 as an additional document in the case.

The petitioner is the defendant. The suit was filed for permanent injunction in respect of the house property bearing door No.7-10-6, Lingambagh Colony, Gadwal, shop situated at ground floor in Gadwal Town. I.A.No.56 of 2014 filed by the defendant, who is the petitioner herein, was dismissed by order dated 08.04.2015. I have carefully perused the order passed by the lower Court and I do not see any ground to interfere with the same. The application was dismissed on the ground that the document sought to be received as additional evidence, is written on a white paper without description of the suit schedule property.

In the circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
