Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as permanent Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No.12840017, Tadipatri town, Anantapur district pursuant to the proceedings issued by the third respondent. While so, the Enforcement Deputy Tahsildar, Kudair and Kalyanadurgam and the Village Revenue Officer, Tadipatri inspected the shop of the petitioner on 31.10.2016 and noticed some irregularities. Basing on the report submitted by them, a show cause notice-cum-suspension order was issued on 08.11.2016 and the authorization of the petitioner was suspended. The petitioner submitted her explanation on 16.11.2016 through a counsel. When no orders were passed, the present Writ Petition is filed. Since no orders are passed by the third respondent as on today, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if no order was already passed. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
