THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 6798 of 2019 O R D E R:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Fisheries appearing for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 04.01.2019, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6519 of 2018. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to ensure implementation of the orders of 3rd respondent in letter and spirit, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
