This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in an unregistered Crime of Women Police Station, Karimnagar District. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

In the course of submissions made on behalf of both sides, nothing is brought to the notice of this Court that a criminal case is registered against the petitioner.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest for a non-bailable offence. 4 .

Since no crime is registered, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
