Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 06.03.2017 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition owing to subsequent developments. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Status quo order dated 13.04.2015 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
