THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.13090 OF 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not assigning the house site patta to the petitioner in respect of the vacant land admeasuring to an extent of East side 48 feet, North side 13 feet in S.No.309/1A in Chinamandem Village and Mandal, Kadapa District, with its boundaries as East:MadanapalliRayachoty Road, West-Rastha, North: Land in possession of Azeem Kham, South: Land in possession of Azeem Khan, which is possession and enjoyment of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. It is an undisputed fact that the petitioner is in possession of the said property for the past several years and several requests were made for grant of assignment of the said land. He also sent a legal notice on 20.05.2005 through his counsel.

The said legal notice is filed along with the writ petition. Having regard to the above, the petitioner is directed to file a representation afresh within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submitting such application, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same within two months thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
