ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in trying to demolish a portion of petitioner's property bearing H.No.22/311A, 311B and 311 C of Karwanpet, Adoni town and Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. A perusal of the record shows that Adoni Municipality is not impleaded. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by impleading Adoni Municipality. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.54434 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
