THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4558 OF 2017 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 26.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.491 of 2017 in O.S No.118 of 2011 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.

2. Vide the aforesaid order, the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge has allowed the petition on condition that the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.2,000/- each to MLSC on or before 02.08.2017.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

4. Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, I find no illegality or perversity in the impugned order dated 26.07.2017 passed in I.A No.491 of 2017 in O.S No.118 of 2011. However, I hereby reduce the costs from Rs.2000/- each to Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) each to be paid to MLSC within a period of four weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
