THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.5628 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in conducting the survey of the land of the petitioner situated in an extent of Ac.1-00 in Survey No.428/1 of New Palvancha village and Mandal, Khammam - Badradri District.

After giving time to the learned Government Pleader, learned Government Pleader produced before this Court the written instructions dated 22.02.2017, wherein it is stated that the application of the petitioner was rejected in accordance with BSO 34-A and an order was passed on 06.03.2017. The same was communicated to the individual through mee-seva.

In view of the endorsement issued on 06.03.2017, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate remedies according to law. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
