Bhongir Town, Nalgonda District thereby to comply the orders passed by this Hon'ble court in said crime vide dt: 15/04/2021.

This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of sri Brahmadandi Ramesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecuior (TG) on behalf of the Respondent. The Couft made the following: ORDER This application is filed seeking to extend time granted by this Court in the order dated 15.04.2021 in Crl.P.No.2666 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein has not surrendered before the court below in compliance of the order due to present situation Covid-19.

Considering the said fact, the time granted in the said order is extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, l.A. is ordered.
