Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

Non-registration of a case against respondent Nos.5 to 9 herein on the complaint made by the petitioner herein is the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition. 3.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 19.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shivampet Police Station, Medak District, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police have registered Crime No.19 of 2018 on the file of Shivampet Police Station against respondent Nos.5 to 9 herein for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C. on 19.02.2018 and taken up the investigation. 4.

In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
