HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 3832 of 2010 Order:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondent in threatening the petitioner to implicate him on a complaint received from any plot owner in relation to Survey Nos.11/31, 32, 12, 11/7, 11/20 and 21 of Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, against any third parties without any material evidence but solely on the ground that he made a confessional statement in Crime No.602 of 2009.
2. This Court, by an order dated 19.04.2010, directed the respondent not to register criminal cases against the petitioner unless specific accusations are made against him in the reports that may be given by the persons concerning land transactions.
3. A counter affidavit is filed stating that the petitioner made several transactions after the death of B. Kishan Lal, founder President of M/s Gurukul Ghatkeshwar Trust. In view of the subsequent double registrations many people were affected. One Smt. A. Bhramaramba lodged a complaint with regard to double registration and similarly there were other complaints. Basing on the complaint of Smt. A. Bhramaramba, Crime No.602 of 2009 was registered and investigated into. Another Crime No.235 of 2009 was also registered. There were as many as 10 crimes registered in connection with the transactions entered by the petitioner. He was arrested based on the evidence collected during the course of investigation. He obtained bail in all the 10 cases and several other cases were pending investigation.
4. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition cannot be granted.
5. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
