HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.R.C. M.P. No.3779 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.R.C.No.2144 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner/ respondent and respondent/ petitioner in M.C. No.31 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District at Rajamahendravaram are present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

2) In view of compromise of the parties, petition with joint memo and receipt filed saying that respondent No.1 received an amount of Rs.11,00,000/- towards permanent alimony and an amount of Rs.44,000/- towards cost of 16 grams of gold and the same was admitted by her.

3) Recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed by closing the M.C No.31 of 2011 on the file of Judge, Family Court-cum-IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmahendravaram.

4) Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
