" This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in CRLP.No.8201 of 2017 dated 10.11.2017 being that the petitioner shall attend before the police station on every Second Saturday and third Saturday between 10.00 am and '11.00 am till filing charge sheet.

There is no adverse report with regard to the compliance of the above condition since its imposition. The Public Prosecutor does not refute the said submission. Hence, the condition, which is to the effect that the petitioner shall attend the police station on every Second Saturday and third Saturday between 10.00 am and 11.00 am till filing charge sheet, is relaxed.
