THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.12596 OF 2005 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in threatening the petitioner to dispossess from the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 gts situated in Survey No.110 of Pandurangapuram Village, Paloncha Mandal, Khammam District, during the pendency of the appeal before the second respondent. This Court, by order dated 14.06.2005, directed the respondents not to dispossess or interfere with the petitioner's land and the said order is subsisting as on today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the said interim order, no further adjudication is necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. ________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 23rd March 2015 RRB
