This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.3, for grant of bail in P.R.C.No.11 of 2010 on the file of the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, which arose out of Crime No.1313 of 2009 of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.3, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the earlier bail application of this petitioner/ A.3 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 15.03.2019, passed in Criminal Petition No.1377 of 2019. No changed circumstances are brought to the notice of this Court. There is nothing to take a different view.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
