Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw both the Civil Revision Petitions. He has also filed letters dated 28.08.2017 to that effect in the Registry. Permission is accorded.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, both these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.

There shall be no order as to costs. Interim stay granted on 22.10.2009 in CRPMP No.6717 of 2009 in CRP No.4894 of 2009 and CRPMP No.6716 of 2009 in CRP No.4893 of 2009 shall stand vacated. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
