HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16929 OF 2010 ORDER (ORAL) :

Despite the matter being part-heard and listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. Yesterday i.e., 17.02.2020 also there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
