HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1778 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.512 of 2018 on the file of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda District.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 29.3.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid crime is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hayathnagar, on 29.10.2019, vide S.T.C.No.159 of 2018. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
