Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 20.02.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Duggondi Police Station, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that on receipt of the private complaint from the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Narsampet, police registered Crime No.110 of 2014 under Sections 406, 420, 465, 419, 468, 471, 120(B) and 109 I.P.C. on the file of Duggondi Police Station and took up investigation. It is further stated in the said instructions that as per the statements of the witnesses, no prima facie case is made out and accordingly, permission was obtained from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Narsampet Division to refer the complaint of the petitioner as "Civil in nature". It is further stated that the notice to the complainant was also served on the petitioner/complainant and final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. will be filed before the concerned Court at the earliest. 3.

In view of the above developments, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
