THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1874 of 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 03.03.2017 passed in E.P.No.14 of 2017 in O.S.No.16 of 2015 by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Naidupet. When the matter is taken up for hearing both the learned counsel submit in unison that A.S.No.183 of 2016 against the judgment in O.S.No.81 of 2015 and I.A.No.52 of 2017 in I.A.No.282 of 2016 in unnumbered A.S.No.____ of 2016 against the judgment in O.S.No.16 of 2015 are pending before the learned VII Additional District Judge, Gudur, and a direction may be issued to the learned VII Additional District Judge, Gudur to dispose of the appeals expeditiously and both the parties agreed to maintain status quo with respect to the property in issue in all respects.

Recording the submission made by both the parties and in view of the consensus arrived herein, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the parties to approach the learned VII Additional District Judge Gudur and to make a request for disposal of the appeals expeditiously, which request shall be considered subject to the availability of time. Consequently, miscellaneous petition pending, if any, shall stand closed.
