Sri V. Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the present Civil Revisions Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
