ORDER:

Petitioner filed this writ petition praying to grant the following relief:

'to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not appointing the petitioner as Anganwadi Teacher of Bonakal-1 Anganwadi Center, Khammam District for the vacant post after removing the Teacher, who is appointed on fake residential certificate and also the respondents not considering the case of the petitioner, who is got much rank in selection list for the said post and trying to issue new notification for the said posts is illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also volatile of Articles -14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi Teacher in Bonakal-1 Anganwaid Center, Khammam District in vacant post of in the place of removing teacher in the interest of justice... "

It is represented that in view of the subsequent developments, cause in the writ petition does not survive. Further, petitioner filed W.P.No.24615 of 2018 seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in reappointing the 5th respondent without verifying her residential proof as illegal. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
