HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 1143 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel for the appellants, submits that he has instructions not to press this appeal and seeks direction to the revisional authority to dispose of suo motu revision under Section 9 of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, within time frame. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has no objection for issuing such direction. In view thereof, we dispose of the appeal by the following order: "Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed. The revisional authority shall consider and decide the suo motu revision as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today. The petitioner is directed to produce copy of this order before the revisional authority within ten days from today.
