Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.
When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 20.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The relevant portion of the said instructions read as under:- "It is submitted that the petitioner filed the writ petition on mere apprehension without any cause of action. I humbly submit that this respondent police never summoned the petitioner to the police station and asked her documents and settle the matter in the police station."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 20.02.2018, furnished by the Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Hayathnagar Police Station. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
