Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare, handed over cheque bearing No.292250 dated 18.06.2019 , drawn on SBI, Treasury Branch, Khammam, in favour of the petitioner for Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lakhs only), to the counsel for the petitioner and the same has been acknowledged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recording the above, the writ petition may be disposed of, and the petitioner may be given liberty to work out alternative remedies under law, for recovery of damages, if any. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
