This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 07.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.76 of 2014 in O.S.No.61 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional District Judge, Mahabubnagar.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
