Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby releasing the petitioner on bail pending investigation/ enquiry and trial in Cr.No.28 of 2016 of Adavuladeevi Town PS, Guntur district, registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307, 342 read with 34 IPC. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A6, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal petition, with a liberty to approach the trial court.

Permission granted with liberty as prayed.
