The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order in I.A.No.115 of 2010 in O.S.No.917 of 2008, dated 17.06.2010, on the file of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada, whereby the petition filed under Order XXVI, Rule 11(A) of the Code of Civil Procedure, read with Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, to send the admitted documents to HandWriting Expert, was dismissed. However, it is submitted that during the pendency of the present Revision Petition, since there is no stay in this Revision, the main suit itself has been disposed of by the Trial Court on 14.07.2010 In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
