This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.28.01.2016 in W.P. No.3437 of 2015.
Mr. K. Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the respondent has removed most of the encroachments and thereby substantially complied with the order of this Court. He has accordingly submitted that in the light of the said fact, the contempt case may be closed.
