The present Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience to the order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2017 in W.P.No.4538 of 2017, dt.0s.03.2020.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government t I Pleader for Services I and perused the record. 3.

A counter-affidavit, along with proceedings in File No.TFIHRD/SCHClL2Il20l0-tB-20, dt.26.04.2021, is filed, before this Couft, on behalF of the respondents herein/respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the writ petition. 4.

By the said proceedings filed along with the counter-affidavit, the respondents claim to have disposed of the claim of the petitioner, pursuant to the order of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 20U in W.P.No.453B of 2077, dt.05.03.2020. By the said proceeding issued, the respondents have determined that an amount of Rs.2,10,000/- only is payable to the petitioner towards the payment for availing the services of the petitioner as Standing Counsel of the respondents.

Since the respondents have issued the proceedings dt.26.04.2021, in compliance with the order of this Court dt.05.03.2020 and whereby pat of the claim of the petitioner has been rejected by assigning reasons therefor, this Couft is of the view that the respondents have complied with the order of this Court LA.No.1 of 2017 in W.P.No.453B of 20L7, dt.05.03.2020.

So far as the rejection of the claim made by the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner would have to avail the remedy by questioning the said proceedings, if he is aggrieved by the same. 7.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 7.
