There was no representation for the appellants on 18.06.2015. On that day, the learned senior counsel for the respondents sought time. On 25.06.2015 the learned senior counsel for the respondents reported ready. However, there was no representation for the appellants and hence the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the appellants even today. It indicates that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the appeal. The learned counsel for the respondents is present.

Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this appeal shall also stand dismissed.
