THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 6906 of 2018 ORAL ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Vide order dated 14.03.2018, while granting an order of status quo for a period of two weeks, this Court directed the counsel for the petitioners to find out time for the petitioners to vacate the schedule property. Even on 12.06.2018, the counsel for the petitioners sought time on the same ground. Consequently, the interim order was ordered to be continued for a further period of two weeks.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks six months time to vacate the schedule property, which is opposed by the counsel for respondent Nos. 3 to 5.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, we hereby grant six months time for the petitioners to vacate the schedule property, from today. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
