THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.9395 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned order notice No.Dvn.I/E3/87-89/M dated 29.04.2004 terminating the services of the petitioner with effect from 31.05.2004 as arbitrary, illegal, unjust and contrary to law.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was reinstated into service on 12.10.2004 as NMR and posted in Deputy Executive Engineers Office, Sub Division No.II, Odela of Warangal District, by virtue of interim orders passed by this Court dated 01.06.2004. He further submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
