When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri G.Anandam, learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that on the subject matter of this writ petition, petitioner in the writ petition and the respondents 2 to 4 have come to an understanding and issue has been amicably resolved to the satisfaction of the petitioner and respondents 2 to 4 and, therefore, cause in the writ petition does not survive.

2. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
