This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 17.04.2013, passed in Interlocutory Application No.141 of 2013 in Original Suit No.179 of 2011 by the Junior Civil Judge, Macherla, whereunder the petition filed under Order XXVI Rule 10 (A) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to send Ex.A.1-promissory note for handwriting expert and opinion, was dismissed. As per the information received by this Court through ecourts website, the main suit was disposed of on 04.08.2014 by the Court below, as such, the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
