THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADIIAVI DEVI WRIT PETITION No.5995 of 2O23 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to consider and take action on the complaint of the petitioner dated O3.O2.2O23 about an illegal electricity connection given on the premises of the petitioner bearing H.No.7-6L/L/1, situated at Siddique Nagar, Gachibowli, Ranga Reddy District in the name of a person who is not the owner of the propert5r and to pass such other order or orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioner while reiterating the submissions made in the writ affidavit submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the propert5r and without his making any application, the Electricity Department has grven service connection bearing No.1104301974 and as soon as the petitioner came to know about the said illegal connection, he has made a complaint to the f ( respondents on o3.o2.2o23. However, no action has been taken by the respondents so far as the grievance of the petitioner 3.
Learned Standing counsel for TSSpDCL appearing for the respondents is also heard.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already made a complaint and it is pending consideration by the respondent authorities, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent No.2 to look into the complaint of the petitioner and take action in accordance with law within in a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to mention that reasonable opportunity of hearing should be provided to all the concerned parties.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
