THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35252 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner states that he completed B.Tech. (ECE) and the results were declared. He passed the said examination. He further states that when he was not allowed to write the examination during the year 2015, he filed W.P.No.34076 of 2015 seeking a direction to the respondents for permitting him to pay the term fee, examination fee and to attend the backlog subjects. This Court granted interim direction on 14.10.2015 in the said writ petition permitting the petitioner to write the examinations and declare the results. Accordingly, the petitioner appeared for the examinations in November, 2015 and he was declared to have passed the examinations, in January, 2016. When similar permission was not granted during the year 2016, he filed W.P.No.9802 of 2016. Pursuant to the interim direction issued by this Court on 07.04.2016 in the said writ petition, he appeared for B.Tech. IV year II Semester examination held in April, 2016. Thus, he completed B. Tech. (ECE). Even after completing the Course, when the certificates of the petitioner were not given, the present writ petition is filed.
Though the petitioner took notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2, none appeared for them.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is allowed directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to give all the certificates due to the
petitioner pursuant to his passing B.Tech. (ECE) in 2016, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall approach respondent No.1 for taking the certificates.
