ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "......to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to carry on business of rice milling i.e., purchasing of paddy at MSP Rate and delivering rice to the Food Corporation of India towards mill levy as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19 (1) (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the business of the petitioner in Rice Milling and pass such other order or orders....."

At the hearing, Mr.A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that as the locks to the petitioner's rice mill were opened pending the writ petition, no further orders need be passed.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 04.01.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.66 of 2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.66 and 67 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.N.162 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 10th June, 2015 GHN
