Heard Sri G. Anandam, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K. Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.
The only grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is non-consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioners on 29-05-2015 for grant of permission to the petitioners' college for the academic year 2015-16.
According to the petitioners, they made an application on 30-092011 to the respondent for grant of recognition for D.EI.Ed., Course and the office of the respondent acknowledged and forwarded the same to the State Government for its recommendation. It is also the case of the petitioners herein that the respondent scrutinized the
application of the petitioners and issued a letter on 29-12-2011, pointing out certain deficiencies. It is the further case of the petitioners herein that rectifying the said deficiencies, they submitted a representation on 27-05-2015, and the same was acknowledged by the respondent on 29-05-2015. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that despite the said representation submitted by the petitioners, no action has been taken by the respondent herein. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent herein to consider the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein on 27-05-2015, acknowledged by the respondent on 29-05-2015, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in the writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________ A.V. SESHA SAI, J.
