O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

In the present writ petition, petitioner herein is seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 5 to pay compensation for his lands in an extent of Ac.0-32 guntas out of Acs.2.30 guntas situated in Sy.No.133, Kaleswaram Village, Mahadevpur mandal, Jaishanker Bhupalpally District. According to the petitioner, he owned RCC house with total area admeasuring 3,889 sq. yards nearly Ac.0.33 guntas out Acs.2.30 guntas in Sy.No.133 of the above said village. It is further submitted that the said property was taken by the respondents for laying road from Kaleshwaram to Sironcha (Maharashtra), without acquiring the same under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and without following the procedure under law and without paying any compensation.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that seeking redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted a representation dated 25.10.2016 to the Revenue Divisional Officer - 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken redressing his grievance. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the writ petition, leaving it open to the petitioner herein to file fresh representation to the respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and, if any,

such representation is made within the time stipulated, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.
