JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition today and also on 14.10.2022, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' today.

Today also, there is no representation. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that that the appellants are not interested to pursue the litigation. Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
