THE HONOURABLE SRI IUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.2237 OF 2020 ORDER:
The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 179 of 2020 of Raidurgam, Police Statioru Cyberabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections t148 and 427 oflndian Penal Code.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.
J This Court by order dated 26.05.2020, there shall be interim stay of all further proceedings against the petitioners till 15.06.2020. Thereafter, there is no extension. 4.
As seen from the complain! it is alleged that the 2"d petitioner broke open the lock of the guest house and illegally
entered into the guest house. It appears that, there are civil disputes pending in respect of the said property. 5.
Considering the civil disputes, the police are directed to conclude the investigation without taking any coercive steps against the petitioners 5.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed off Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
