VINOD KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE P.SREE SUDHA TREVC No.225 of 2004 O R D E R:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the tax revision case, One Time Settlement (OTS) Scheme has been introduced by the Government of Telangana, vide G.O.Ms.No.45 Rev.(CT.II) Department, dt.09.05.2022, for settlement of disputes, and the petitioner has availed the benefit under the OTS Scheme.

In view of the above said submission, this TREVC is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
