ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners to quash the proceedings in DVC No.188 of 2019 on the file of IV Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Nampally in Hyderabad.

Both counsel submitted that the parties have compromised and the case was dismissed in the Trial Court and further submits that the cause in the petition does not survives for further adjudication.
