I.A.No.1 of 2026 This petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to correct the name of the Court in order dated 09.03.2026 in Crl.P.No.2897 of 2026.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to oversight the name of Court in the affidavit is wrongly mentioned as Hon'ble Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Proh. & Excise Cases) at Khammam, the same is corrected. Hence, the name of the Court in para 6(i) is replaced with Hon'ble Judicial First Class Magistrate, at Bhadrachalam.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Office is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
