HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 4146 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the Crime No.28 of 2014 of Banjarahills P.S, Hyderabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 420, 120-B IPC r/w 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt: 09.2.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Banjarahills P.S, Hyderabad City, and submitted that the case has been referred as "Civil in Nature" on 8.2.2018 and final report was filed before III ACMM, Nampally and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the Crime No. 28/2014 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

There is no representation for petitioners.
