This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the appellant / complainant under Sections 397 (1) and 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code aggrieved by the Docket Order dated 27.11.2021 passed in C.C.No.3159 of 2021 on the file of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Khammam.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a Letter dated 23.12.2022 that the matter is settled between the parties out of the Court and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this matter.

In view of the above submission, permission is accorded, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
