05.06.2023 ML,J IA No.2 of 2023 This application is filed by accused No.1 to alter the conditions imposed in the bail granted by this Court on 31.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2597 of 2023.

In Crl.P.No.2597 of 2023, the condition imposed was that the petitioner shall attend before the Station House Officer, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Vikarabad District, on every Sunday and Thursday between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 p.m. till filing of the final report.

It is stated that whenever the petitioner is attending before the concerned Police Station, the de facto complainant and her family members are threatening the petitioner.

Further, his presence is not warranted and such presence is causing much inconvenience to the petitioner in discharging his duties.

The learned Public Prosecutor opposed this application.

The main allegation against the petitioner is that he is allegedly participating sexual intercourse with false promise of marriage. The age of victim girl is 24 years. The investigation is completed. The presence of the petitioner is unwarranted.

In the result, the application is allowed dispending with the conditions imposed in the order dated 31.03.2023 in Crl.P.No.2597 of 2023.
